SHIPPING & HANDLING

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELIVERY:

Regular Registered Air mail: 1-3 weeks delivery time.

eco post- 7-10 days (Australia 10-14)

Express Airmail via Messenger EMS: 3 business delivery days. Please contact us for this shipping method.

International & Local Shipping & delivery times are estimated and delay may occur by post, custom or holiday. 

Please note: If your delivery address is not within the Israel, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; Tate Online advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

You should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the customer has given permission for the parcel to be left unattended at the shipping address, this will remove any responsibility from studio oh should the parcel go missing after it has been left at the shipping address by Israeli Post.

***All shipping costs are non-refundable

Personal Pick Up  - customers also have the option to pick up the order from our studio at Moshav Hogla, Israel. When picking up the order you'll be required to show a signature and valid form of ID.

Personal pick up orders have to be completed and paid for on the online store prior to being picked up. 

EXCHANGES

Your positive feeling and response with the goods are highly important to us, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item  within 14 days of receiving the item. Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping cost will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the exchanged shipping costs.

Talush does not issue refunds unless required by law.

We can exchange for other items or a credit note (voucher) of the same value of the piece/s being exchanged.

We strongly recommend that all exchanges posted to Talush have a tracking number. Talush is not responsible for any exchanges that go missing or lost on their way to us. Exchange shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Please follow these steps to exchange your item/s:

1 - The item/s may be returned to Studio oh in its original condition.

2 - Post the item/s to:
